Head Transplants

I was reading some articles about the possibility of head transplants. Well, not just the possibility, but the actuality of it and the guy that plans to do it. Sergio Canavero is the Russian doctor planning the first human head transplant. The most difficut part of the transplant is the fusion of the spinal chords. Or well, ONE of the most difficult parts. Waking up in another persons body certainly seems difficult, if not necessitating a psychotic episode. But also, isn't it more of a body transplant than a head transplant? Your switching bodies, not heads.

Wild stuff. It was done on a dog, dog lived for 3 days if I recall corretly. Not sure if that is successful enough to warrant a human trial. But then again, there are willing volunteers!
